A life event is a situation that occurs in a citizens life which may result in a series of interactions between the citizen and the agency e.g. marriage, birth of a child, death. Universal Access (UA) life events provides an agency with the capability of configuring life events which enable a citizen to report significant life changes which may impact the programs and services that the citizen is receiving or is due to receive.
