Change Set Undo History

When a change set is applied, if it is subsequently reverted by selecting to undo the change set, an entry is logged in the undo history for that change set. The undo history includes the user who initiated the undo action and the date and time on which it occurred.

With the transport history, apply history and undo history available, a user can gain a full picture of which systems a change set has been transported to, if it was applied on these systems and if it were subsequently rolled back on any of these systems.
