A client may choose to withdraw a program online, when the application was submitted via Universal Access. When an online withdrawal request is submitted, Cúram Intake automatically updates the status of the program associated with the application case to Withdrawn and send a notification to the application case owner. The status of the withdrawal request in Universal Access automatically updates to 'Approved' when the program is withdrawn on the application case.
