Outcome Management

The outcome management configuration is based an overall goal of supporting a client/family through to self-sufficiency. The configuration contains:

Configurations are accessed in the Outcome Management and Decision Assist areas of the Administration application.

The outcome plan configuration is designed with a focus on supporting the client in achieving an objective of getting back to work and maintaining full time employment so they become self-sufficient. Therefore the scoring configured for the factors reflects this.

For the self-sufficiency assessment, a client can achieve a result of vulnerable, engaged, progressing or safe for each factor. Classifications can be optional based on a range of values. The Self-Sufficiency Assessment classifications have been configured to range between 1- 10 as follows:

The self-sufficiency assessment uses IEG to collect data in the form of a question script and Decision Assist as to determine the assessment results.
