Issuing Client Agreements

On completion of the agreement i.e. when the case worker is satisfied with the contents of the agreement and it has been approved, a generated agreement can be issued to any one of the signatories or clients on the agreement. The agreement can be either issued by email or post. The means by which the agreement is issued is dependent on a configuration setting which dictates if the agreement can be sent by email only, by post only, or by email or post.

An agreement can be reissued to a client, if, for example, the initial agreement is lost in the post. A history of each time the agreement is issued is recorded on the system and indicates when it was reissued, who issued the agreement and who it was issued to.
