Activities which have been added by other case workers to address the needs of clients in similar circumstances are also displayed to the case worker as recommendations in the activity workspace.
The recently added activities to be displayed can be configured to return the most frequently added activities in the past number of days. For example, an administrator can configure to return the 5 most frequently added activities in the last 7 days i.e. The number of recently added activities to display and the number of days are configurable in system administration.
