To assist a case worker with conducting reviews and meetings about client's assessments, Outcome Management provides the facility to generate reports. This section describes the Assessment report.
The generated assessment report contains the following sections:
- An overview section which shows all clients who were assessed
and a graphical representation and a tabular representation of the
results for all factors assessed. Notes recorded on the assessment
are included.
- A section for each client assessed which includes a graphical
representation and tabular representation of their latest assessment
result. The latest assessment questions and answers and all
questions and answers recorded for all reassessments are
included.
- A section for each factor is displayed which displays a
graphical representation of the results for all clients assessed.
The results are also shown in tabular format for each client
assessed.
