Viewing Assessment Approval Requests

As part of the approval of assessments, a list of assessment approval requests which have been sent to the case supervisor for approval are recorded. Case workers can use this list to see all of the assessment approval requests that have been submitted to their supervisor for approval.

The approval request details displayed include the name of the user who requested the approval, the date the approval request was submitted, the user who approved or rejected the approval request, the decision date, and the decision, i.e., Approved or Rejected. Note that if no decision has been recorded for the approval request, the decision is Submitted.
