Viewing Assessment Results History

The purpose of the assessment history is to provide a case worker with access to the results achieved by client(s) each time the clients were assessed. The following information is available for each assessment: the client(s) that was assessed, the role(s) that the client played on the assessment, when the assessment was started and completed as well as a list or graphical representation of the results.

If the assessment is configured such that the assessment results are displayed graphically, either a bar graph or a radar graph is displayed. An administrator can specify the type of graph that will be displayed by default but a case worker has the option of switching between the two graphs. Tabs for each factor assessed are also provided which will display a line graph representing a clients progress over time for each factor.
