Introduction

Agencies overwhelmed by heavy workloads need to consistently and quickly communicate about possible actions required on a case. Outcome workers and eligibility workers assist the same client through different roles and need an easy way to communicate with each other. Assessment and Tracking (A&T) offers an advisements feature that can be used by an outcome worker to send various notifications and recommendations to the eligibility worker. The purpose of the advisement can be for reasons such as the client completed a work registration, the outcome worker recommends a non participation reason recommendation based on the Self-Sufficiency assessment, or the outcome worker recommends a sanction based on an unresolved attendance discrepancy. Rather than sending a task to the eligibility worker, the outcome worker can send an advisement that can be tracked. The eligibility worker receives a notification of the advisement and can send back a status and comments.
