After an assessment is complete, the assessment results can be viewed in a report. The following displays:
- Summary
- Displays client details.
- Assessment Results
- Displays for the current assessment each factor and the classification (Vulnerable, Engaged, Progressing, Self-Sufficient or Safe), the assessment score, and if the factor is a priority.
- Assessment Details
- After a reassessment has occurred for an individual, the result displays for each factor for each assessment. For each factor whether it was reassessed or not, the following is listed in the report: each date/time the factor was assessed, the classification, score, and priority.
