A scheduled process evaluates all plan items where projected attendance is indicated for the time period being assessed and generates a missing attendance record for the projected period. It is anticipated that this process will run monthly, and it is configurable. For example, a client may have a part time job, which is scheduled for 20 hours a week where the period is entered as projected. During the projected period, the system will calculate the attendance for this activity rather than require the entry of attendance by an employer or the outcome worker.
