Viewing Discrepancies Over Time

When investigating a client’s current discrepancy, a worker may wish to review if a client has previously had an issue with this particular activity in the past. A&T provides the information for this review including such details as: client name, activity name, activity period, scheduled hours, actual hours, associated month when the discrepancy occurred, previous resolution, resolution date, and comments. A possible resolution might include that the discrepancy was a client error, a provider error, or a valid discrepancy.
