It has its basis in the multi-disciplinary team processes throughout the life cycle of an integrated case. The A&T content includes built-in business processes, functionality, and content for assessments, outcome plans, activities, referrals, advisements, and monitoring and worker productivity tools.

The configurable nature of the A&T content allows social enterprises to quickly respond to changes in legislation, policy, and workload patterns.
