The system allows the outcome worker to manage external referrals to a provider in Cúram Provider Management. This referral is different from an outcomes services referral that is between internal organizational units and is not associated with a plan item.
If referral follow up is indicated that it is required, the outcome worker may indicate whether the client has contacted the referral provider along with the date.
