Scheduling Actions and Services

The system enables the outcome worker, for each action plan item, to specify:

• The start date of the action or service plan item.

• The end date of the action or service plan item.

• The frequency for an action plan item.

• The number of hours per week for the action plan item.

• The number of days per week for the action plan item.

• The estimated cost for the action plan item.

• The federal component, if any, with which to associate the action (the action will count towards this component for reporting).
