Referral Client Deadline for Appearing at Agency

Because eligibility workers need to know if a referred client has visited the outcome worker by the agency’s deadline for eligibility purposes, Return to Work Outcome Management provides tools for this purpose. When the referred client does not arrive at the outcomes agency by the deadline, the eligibility worker is notified. The default number of days for this notification is 5. If after 10 days the client has not appeared, the referral expires and another notification is generated to the eligibility worker. The number of days for these notifications can be configured.

After a referral has expired, the client's referral is no longer selectable by the outcome worker.
