The Citizen Account is a facility within UA which provides a citizen
with a fast and convenient way to securely apply for programs and to
perform triage and screening. It also provides access to the following
features:
- Home Page
- The citizen account home page is the first page displayed to the
citizen when they log into their account. It provides access to
messages which have been defined by agencies which aim to provide
useful information to the citizen, such as the next payment date, last
payments and upcoming meetings. An outreach is provided which allows
for targeted campaigns to be displayed to the citizen based on the
citizens circumstances.
- My Applications
- Applications which a citizen has submitted or are currently in
progress can be accessed. A new application can also be
initiated.
- My Screenings
- In progress screenings are displayed and can be resumed by the
citizen.
- My Payments
- The citizen is provided with a history of all payments made to
date by the agency.
- My Activities
- Services, referrals and actions which are scheduled for the
citizen are available to the citizen.
- Contact Information
- A citizen is provided with the contact information the agency has
on the system for the citizen i.e. Address, email and phone number.
Additionally, the contact information of all caseworkers associated
with the citizens cases can be displayed.
- Life Events(My Updates and My Information)
- The citizen is provided with information on how to deal with
significant changes in their life as well as report these changes to
agencies. A list of previously submitted changes is also provided.
