Services which have a status of Not Started and In Progress are displayed. The service name, period, units remaining, a link to the provider details, required participation and a link to the contact details of the owner of the service are displayed. A link is also provided which allows a citizen to submit comments about the service. These comments can then be viewed on the service in the application by a case worker.
