Structure

Person/Prospect Person evidence is primarily stored as dynamic evidence and the data structures that represent it are dynamic evidence types. Dynamic evidence types define the data, its type and behaviour such as volatility, calculated attributes etc. Once new dynamic evidence types have been defined they must be activated and associated with the relevant case types, persons and prospect persons. Things to consider

• Does the evidence vary over time?
• Is the evidence type reciprocal? If so, the evidence type should have participant and related participant attributes.
• What case types should the evidence be available on?
• Consider making the evidence type 'Preferred', if it is to be commonly used. It will allow case workers to quickly create evidence for frequently recorded evidence types.
