The CT_addressLayoutType.ctx file lists the available country address layouts options and includes a single default country address layouts.
To override the currently selected value, locate the appropriate country address layout value within the file and change the default="false" option to read default="true".
Check the file to ensure that no other country address layouts values are defaulted to "true".
