Eclipse allows you to set the default text file encoding at the project level. Changing this from the default is currently unsupported for IBM Cúram Social Program Management projects within Eclipse. This does not effect your ability to save files in various encodings on a file by file basis. Consult the Cúram Server Developer's Guide and the Cúram Web Client Reference Manual for details on file encoding.
