Tasks are used to assign and track the work of system users and are generated when Manual, Decision or Parallel activities are executed by the Workflow Engine. The Inbox and the associated task management functions are used by the users of the Cúram application to manage these tasks. The following sections describe the configuration and customization options that are available for the Inbox and Task Management areas of the Cúram WMS.
