According to the sample data, the date up to which the benefit has already been covered is April 30th. If any of the new decisions are before this date, then reassessment is required. The cover period from dates for each of the decisions in Summary of New Decisions are March 15th, April 5th, and April 16th, all three of which are before April 30th, and thus reassessment is required.
