Defining the Case Home Page

A case home page must be configured for each case type in order for it to be created at the case level. This is the page that allows case workers to view case details for all cases based on this case type. The case home page setting defines the name of the *.jsp page that is used.

The application provides default home pages for each case type which can be overridden by agencies as required.

Note: A case home page is configured for all case types.
