A unique and easily identifiable name must be defined for each case type. This is the name that will appear everywhere the case is referenced throughout the application.
Note that when a name is defined for an integrated case type, system automatically makes that integrated case type available as a category to which products can be assigned when they are configured. For more information, see Assigning Products to Categories.
