Bonus payments are once-off or non-standard payments issued to benefit recipients.
The options available in the Bonus Type drop-down list are associated with the BonusTypeCode code table. This is the type of bonus that is being paid. A new type can be dynamically added to this code table and published as part of system administration.
The Start Date and End Date settings are used to define the period of time during which the bonus is to be applied to cases based on this product.
The Bonus Amount setting is used to determine the bonus amount that will be paid to benefit recipients. For example, a bonus payment of $50 may be paid to each participant over 65 to assist with fuel costs.
