The times at which the process is run are dependent on the next processing dates of the Participants in question. It is conceivable that the process be run daily, as the next processing dates of the Participants, i.e., Persons, Employers, External Parties, Information Providers, Service Suppliers, Product Providers, Utilities, and Representatives, may cover the entire week for all types. Typically, these dates will be held on the organization calendar.
