Program authorization creates a product delivery for an eligible assistance unit. The caseworker selects to authorize an assistance unit if the client is eligible and wants to receive the program. Program authorization is supported both through the application and the integrated case.
Activation determines eligibility for an approved product delivery and activates the product delivery if eligible.
