Managing Client Agreements

When the case worker and the client have agreed all elements of a plan, they agree in writing to adhere to the activities outlined within it. Outcome Management provide case workers with the ability to create agreements which can subsequently be signed by both parties. One or more agreements can be created on an outcome plan, so for example, if there are five clients on the outcome plan a separate agreement could be created for each client. This section outlines the process for creating an outcome plan agreement.
