Creating Advisements

From within the integrated case, the outcome worker can create an advisement to send to the eligibility worker for the client. The advisement includes information such as an advisement type, short subject, plan reference, date, and longer advisement text. The advisement is created in pending status. The creation of the advisement creates a notification to the eligibility worker who is associated with the application or the integrated case. An advisement is sent to the associated eligibility worker. Once the advisement is sent, the outcome worker cannot modify it. When an advisement is created the status is pending.
