Introduction

For social enterprise agencies, assessments play an essential role in assisting clients in their ultimate goal of self-sufficiency. Assessments provide an organization with comprehensive support for developing and managing information to identify client needs. Assessment and Tracking (A&T) provides agencies with the ability to quickly assess the issues and needs of clients. The A&T assessment content is configured with one assessment type: Self-Sufficiency. Assessments use Intelligent Evidence Gathering (IEG) to present questions, applicable answers and collect assessment data. Either Cúram Decision Assist (CDA) or Cúram Eligibility Rules (CER) can be used to determine the assessment results. Using the assessment results, the client and outcome worker can identify the outcomes desired as a part of the planning process.
