An existing assessment can be rerun. For reassessment, the outcome worker can reassess all the factors from the existing assessment or just a subset of those factors. The outcome worker can select which factors to reassess from the existing assessment. For example the outcome worker may choose to run three factors from the existing assessment and only the questions related to those three factors will be asked to the client. The results of the other factors are not updated.
The user can modify the next re-assessment date for the client. The next date will default based on the assessment frequency, but can be modified by the user to be an earlier date.
