An outcome plan can be closed when all goals and objectives within the outcome plan have an outcome specified (i.e. whether the outcome was attained or not attained) or when the associated eligibility case closes. Once closed the outcome plan status changes from 'Open' to a status of 'Closed'. A status history is maintained for outcome plans displaying the start and end date of changing statuses.
