Managing Client Agreements

Return to Work Outcome Management uses plan agreements from Outcome Management to track the status of the planning process. An important part of the plan is for both the client and the outcome worker to acknowledge the plan. There is typically only one client on an agreement. There can be more than one agreement for a plan. If there is more than one person on a plan, the agreements for the various individuals can have different dates on their plans. A client agreement is created, approved, issued, signed, and monitored. When an agreement is marked as complete, validations will be performed automatically by the A&T content.

Because Return to Work Outcome Management is integrated with Cúram Income Support, the eligibility worker is notified when the plan agreement is completed and the plan agreement is signed.
