The system enables the outcome worker, for each action plan item, to specify:
- The start date of the action or service plan item.
- The end date of the action or service plan item.
- The frequency for an action plan item.
- The number of hours per week for the action plan item.
- The number of days per week for the action plan item.
- The estimated cost for the action plan item.
- The federal component, if any, with which to associate the action (the action will count towards this component for reporting).
