Outcome Services Referral

The outcomes services referral defines who needs to register for work. The eligibility worker creates an outcomes services referral for the client who needs to work register for Cash Assistance or Food Assistance. This referral process is the same whether the referral is generated due to the need for a client to work register based on a condition of eligibility or due to being a voluntary participant in the A&T process.

An outcomes services referral can be generated by the eligibility worker for either new applications and for reassessments.

An outcomes services referral is different from referrals in other areas of the product in that it is a referral from one internal agency to another internal agency. Return to Work Outcome Management activities include referrals to external agencies.

There are two new types of Evidence for v6 related to referrals and Work Eligibility: Non Participation Reason and Work Registration.
