Overdue Assessments
Supervisors can view a listing of the Self-Sufficiency assessments that are within the 'warning' time frame or are overdue based on the work flows defined that are associated with the currently logged in supervisor's unit. The outcome worker supervisor role can see details such as plan reference, plan owner, client, due date, and days overdue. Time frames can be configured.
Overdue Discrepancies
Supervisors can view a listing of the overdue attendance / participation discrepancies identified by the monthly discrepancy check job that are pending review by workers in the currently logged in supervisor's unit. The outcome worker supervisor role can see details such as plan reference, plan owner, client, due date, and days overdue. Time frames can be configured.
