SEFs can be related to each other if they share a common client or perhaps are dealing with similar issues. As with standard case relationships, SEF relationships can be manually recorded by a user. Additionally, upon creation of a new SEF, relationships are automatically created between the new SEF and any existing SEF involving the new SEF's clients.
