Store Data from Systems in CPI

The main function of CPI is to provide a data repository for storing information across multiple systems. Each one of these systems must be set up to deliver its data to CPI. Out-of-the-box, CPI is designed to store the following data types:

Table 1. CPI Data Types
CPI Data Type Description
Person Details Contact information (email address, phone, etc.), data of birth, social security number
Person Relationships Relationship type, e.g., spouse, parent, sibling, name of the system where the relationship information is sourced from, e.g. Cúram, Legacy
Case Details Case type, case start and end date, case status, case owner and owner contact details, name of the system where the case information is sourced from, e.g. Cúram
Case Member Details Member type, person identification number from external system

The Cúram Enterprise Framework (CEF) and Social Enterprise Collaboration (SEC) provide sample configurations for how information gets moved from a system to the CPI repository. Information recorded in CEF and the SEC is moved to the CPI data repository.
