JMS messages are used for communication purposes by deferred processes and Workflow. Since JMS messages are triggered by the application server and need to interact with the IBM Cúram Social Program Managementapplication, valid Cúram credentials must exist. The SYSTEM user account must exist on the Cúram Users table and must be enabled and assigned the role 'SYSTEMROLE' to ensure authorization. The locale for JMS messages is the default locale for this user as specified in field 'defaultLocale' on the Users table.
It is possible to change the SYSTEM username during or after the deployment of the application. For more information the Cúram Server Deployment Guide for the relevant application server should be consulted.
