Integrated Case Type

The administrator must specify the type of integrated case to be created/used upon successful program authorization as defined by the Integrated Case strategy above.

Note: If product delivery cases are required by the organization, these are configured at the program level. See Specifying a Product Delivery Type and Submitting a Product Delivery Automatically for more information.
