This chapter provides an overview of the configurations available for
defining programs in UA. UA allows agencies to define different types of
programs. Once programs have been defined, they can be associated with
screenings and applications which allow clients to screen and apply for
these programs via UA. There are three main aspects to configuring a
program:
- Configuring programs and associated display and system processing
information
- Configuring local offices where an application for a program can be
mailed to
- Configuring mappings which allow information gathered during
application intake to be mapped to a PDF form
- Configuring evidence types which allows for expedited authorization
of programs which may need to be processed before other programs within
a multi program application
This chapter outlines these aspects in more detail.
