Preferred Queue and Preferred Organization Unit

The general settings area of the Inbox preferences functionality allows a user to set Preferred Queue and a Preferred Organization Unit. When the user sets a Preferred Queue it signifies the Work Queue whose tasks the user works on most often. Similarly when the user sets a Preferred Organization Unit it signifies the team whose tasks the user works on most often.

Once the user has specified a preferred queue or organization unit, they may then execute the Get Next Task From Preferred Queue and Get Next Task From Preferred Organization Unit shortcut Inbox actions.
