Cúram intake allows the worker to create referrals to community service providers. Providers can be selected on the map based on the results of a triage. By doing so, the system pre-populates the referral form with the selected provider details. The first and last name of the client must be entered on the referral form before it is saved.
A community service referral may also be created from the referrals list. In order to create a referral, the worker performs a search for a provider in the system. Once found, the worker enters the client's contact details and creates the referral. The referral creation date is stored in the system.
