Applying for Programs based on Screening Results

From the results of screening, a worker can view a list of programs available in the agency and programs that are available from external agencies. The list also provides information on whether the client is potentially eligible for the programs displayed, or whether eligibility could not be determined.

Based on the results of the screening, a worker can select to apply or create a referral to a number of different government programs. The worker can take an application for the programs that are available in the agency. For more information on the application process, see Lifecycle of a Client's Application Case: From Creation to Closure. When a program is provided by an external agency, the worker may choose to create a referral to the agency on behalf of the client. Cúram Intake provides the ability to create a referral to an external agency based on the results of a screening using a 2-step wizard process. For more information on the referral process, see Referring a Client to External Agencies and Service Providers.
