Running a Triage

As soon as the client arrives at an organization office or calls by phone, a triage can be performed to ascertain the client's needs. Triage can be performed for a prospect person, or registered person.

When performing a triage the worker asks the client a short set of questions which aim to capture information about the client's situation. Answers for triage questions are multiple choice which means a triage can be performed quickly. An answer must be provided to at least one of the triage questions to view the results. A Cúram Intelligent Evidence Gathering (IEG) script is provided out of the box with Cúram Intake for customers who want to include triage as part of their intake process. The script includes a set of questions which are aimed to identify whether the client has an urgent need in any of the areas mentioned in the previous section.

Note: Once a triage has been started, it cannot be saved and opened at a later point. The worker can either complete or discard it.
