Integration with the Income Support Case

Return to Work Outcome Management with the Assessment and Tracking content automatically works with the Income Support integrated case. This means there is integration with features of the integrated case. Evidence from the integrated case provides defaults for answers to assessment questions. There is integration with sanctions because the outcome worker creates an advisement about the need for a possible sanction. Another way that integration occurs is through automatic notifications. The outcome worker is notified when the client's eligibility status or work eligible status changes. The eligibility worker is notified when a participation agreement is signed. Through the integrated case, the eligibility worker is able to create a work referral to the outcome agency.
