Support for Attendance Tracking Process

The attendance tracking process has several components. The outcome worker has the ability to view real-time attendance for a client and not have to wait until the end of the month. For government regulations an important time-saver for workers is the ability to project actual attendance hours for up to six months. This feature is included. Attendance tracking is flexible. A provider registered in CPM can use the built-in attendance tracking features. Providers can submit client attendance either through the provider self-service application or by submitting the completed paper roster sent by the organization. Or when there is no provider, the outcome worker can enter the attendance directly. Also the outcome worker is automatically notified if the client's actual participation hours do not meet scheduled hours for the time period. Additionally, there is the ability to track hours toward core and non-core federal components so that monitoring toward participation rate can occur.
