Contact information for the case worker of each case the citizen is associated with is displayed. Case worker contact information from Cúram and remote systems can be displayed. The case workers name, business phone number, mobile phone number, pager, fax and email can be displayed. A number of configuration settings exist which dictate what gets displayed on this page, for example, an agency can configure not to display case worker contact information. A configuration setting is also provided which dictates which contact information is displayed, for example, an agency may only want to display a case workers business phone number and email address.
